Have any of you considered that this might just be a PR stunt? I mean, somebody from Apple could easily pay somebody a quick $1000 to start a rumor like this. It happens more often than we would imagine. Especially because marketers knows that this kind of promotion is way better than irritating banners on a website, or a boring TV commercial.

Ehm... A thread about Apple and Cancer... It went as well as anyone could have expected it to go.
I'm getting the impression that everyone believes all the decisions and ideas that come out of Apples these days are ripped right out of Steve's head, and nobody else in that company is smart enough to think of an iPad?
