First of All, this is GD. Silkroad General Discussion. IF a topic, like this was to be allowed, it would need to be in OTL.

2nd, since your new, i guess its ok, but discussions like this, and i believe that link itself has been posted many a time, and all end up in the most negative of fashions, it's the Internet, and people have light anonymity, nothing good will come of it.

but to answer the question i believe that like every nation there are people who love others and there are people who want to harm others so its a little unfair to judge them as a whole. but i agree with you, people don't really have any individuals to hate so they just target the nation instead.

Perfect example of the fear of terrorism.

I dont think the islam + qoran are the reason why people fear it.
Its because certain countries are playing with the religion. In such a way that they justify their terrorism.

Just take a look into silkroad servers these days and compare the muslims from the middle east + turkey with the ones from india. A extremly big difference.

Those from india are mostly gentle people, who dont make a big fuz about everything. But if you watch those other "typs" of muslims they are somehow much more agressive.

If you are going to compare the christian population into silkroad to the 2 typs of muslims mention above you can easily come to a conclusion.

Middle east muslims seem to be much more aggresive, especially when my gf is playing on my account and tell them she is a girl. They ALL want her to be there submissive. BUT if we play with other christians and non middle east muslims somehow this doesnt happen.

So I think you need to redefine your question and ask yourself, are some so called "muslims" really respecting their religion, or are they just using it to justify there acts of voilence.

Because right now some of them are just acting like the christians during the Crusades.
In our country right now the islam became a very big discussion over the last few years, mainly because of the increase of voilence and suppresion of women. It has been proven that the average muslim in our country has a much lower IQ than the average men and they have a hard time to understand people who dont believe the same things as they do.
Also if I look closely on my university there are plenty of muslims, but those are mainly from india and asian countries. While the middle-east population of muslims in our country are most the kind of people who quit school earlier.

In the end its just a matter of time, before the middle-east also get civilized and stops the terror. (And hopefully america also stops attacking them, which only increases the hate towards the west..)

And for all the muslims in silkroad, who still think that people who do not believe in their god. Grow up a little and stop irritating those players. Because that only increases the hate towards each other.

Thank you for saying Indian Muslims are peaceful as an Indian I appreciate it. Though as you can probably guess no country is perfect and we have our fair share of malcontents everywhere. Especially considering how diverse the people really are here(still the best country in the world imo )

I'm too tired to type all i wanna say so I'll just say that the Islamic Quran, much like the Bible or any other religious text does not in any way state that people should kill each other...

As for the submission on women thing...c'mon practically every religion in the world has/had it, the only difference is that most of us choose not to listen to it and rather see how nonsensical it is(no offense intended to any Muslim/Arabic readers)

I believe that Christians themselves(in the old days) placed severe restrictions on women and also promoted or at least did not do much against slavery and to some extent inhumane treatment of people that were not white often considering them to be devils...

This of course maybe a moot point in this day and age with technology and everything. Suffice to say that most terror outfits(which are the real problem and not Islam itself) are run by insane narcissistic maniacs that are followed by some rather foolish or gullible or perhaps enslaved(people forced from there homes to fight under the fear of death or the death of a loved one, yes it has happened) people that are probably brain washed to some extent as well depending on the conditions they live in.

There was a movie recently released in India titled "My Name is Khan", there might be a subbed version available idk but try to watch it as it sheds light on somethings from a Muslims point of view.

Oh and I've been to the middle east, well to Saudi Arabia and Bahrain at least, and yeah although there is that "Women must wear a Burkha" and other such rules, the people for the most part seemed really nice tbh.

You are right From the 1.5b muslims around the world. Probably 10% fcks it up for the others.
Giving the others a bad name. And the fact that not a single religion book supports voilence is indeed true. To bad people still use them to justify there voilence
And about the christian suppressing of women, its true. In very strict religios regions like the Vatican in Rome, women are still seen as a minority. Luckily in our country its almost even. The only issue is that these days women get better healtcare then men. Kinda the opposite

And I believe that if the terrorist of 9/11 for example where Christians or any other religion people will surely were afraid of those.

Besides the western media doesnt help as well. Although I personaly support the fact that its maybe better to keep some people split up for now.
The world isnt ready for peace yet, so its better to try to avoid conflicts.
