EDIT: Now I know this may seem rude but there could be a posibillity that shes lying (alot of teenage girls actually do that).

Does she have defensive wounds, bruises or any other evidence of a fight of some sort?
I just reacted to the fact that you said you found the dog collar/leash(spellcheck?) and as far as I know the dog cant get it off by itself and if your attacked you let go of the leash, but you dont take it off.

I assume she was/will be tested though.

They pulled over they guy IDK why, and the guy told her that girl was named something else, and then my gf winked to the officer, the officer pulled her out and asked her real name, and found she was missing, but he guns and drugs in there too.

I'm not trying to doubt the validity of the situation, but if my girlfriend was classified as a missing person, the last thing I'd do is be on SRF.
