So my monitor started flickering last night and its gotten so bad i cant even read what the screen says. I was wondering what can i do to solve it? And how can i prevent it from happening again?

75 hz refresh rate solves all your problems. Or you can buy a new monitor, but higher refresh rate makes everything awesome.
