I believe in magic, but not black magic. Magic just is...an informed witch will think twice before casting something harmful towards someone, and if they did, they must've really disliked them.

You can consider magic as a controlled energy. Like if you can control, generate electromagnetic waves, you can use it against someone as a magic.

It's been proved that someone's brain is disturbed under a high electromagnetic field. Ofc there are more type of energy and waves. You can use an UV generator, if exists, to attack someone from distant and cause cancer to his skin for example.

Any type of energy which goes through our body will more or less affect the body.
