Felt Like falling of your bed

I just woke up from a 15 min nap ( Which I need, mid-term studying is bleh) and it happened.
This isn't the first time, but is this normal >.>?

It happens to me so often, I go to bed and like, I just fall asleep and then I dream about myself falling, or getting tackled, or getting beaten up or something, and then my body jumps and I scare the shit out of myself. It's not a very nice feeling.

I had the same feeling sometimes before to when I was skating, I often dreamed about that I was going to like jump down from a high height and I kinda did the same movements IRL as I did in the dream.

I go totally emo when I get this, because I realize I was just about to fall to sleep, and now I have to start all over again.
But I don't really have too many troubles falling asleep, so it's all good.

I agree with you, it's quite a nice feeling(except how it feels to hit the ground) but the feeling you get when you do the same movements as in the dream. But the most annoying part of it is that you wake up (as woutR said) and you need to fall asleep again but since I never have any troubles sleeping it's fine.
