Yawn. Start outside in. Make sure you get as many of the rows as you can. I skipped a few cuz it's freaking 2 AM, but here ya go: first try got to 95:

NM, I think you have to work your way into the center, than finish it off in the middle. Going from outside to center straight just gave me 96:

Hmm, I'm going to bed, but if someone wants to try a pattern, like prime numbers straight and squares cross or vice-versa, might work. These problems are usually solved by patterns in numbers themselves.

ur 2nd square is alie there is no number 22, from 21 u skipped to 23 going diagonally!
