If the damage isn't that bad and you are able to live with it, wait for awhile before keying his car.. I say wait, because if you do it so soon after then he might know its you.

take some fish and put it in a jar. bury that jar in your yard for a couple weeks and let it rot. or at least somewhere you don't have to smell it. when that fish has rotted take some rubber gloves and rub it on his door handles. then throw the rest on his car or something. or even better if his windows open a touch put it in there. that smell is hard to get out.

So I filled the school police's incident report and it turns out that that guy ALSO broke my friends window. We both filed reports on the bastard and one of the officers told the other one "sounds like a civil suit." So guess we'll see it goes lol.
