How old are you? unknown

How many pushups can you do? 200 max, 100 average

How many crunches can you do? 350 max, 150 average

How far can you jog without stopping? i used to jog for 30 mins a day.

Whats "Avarage" lolz.
When i say i can do 50 pushups, i can do 50 pushups, thats my max.
How would anyone have an "avarage" number of pushups they can do ? T_T ....

How far can you jog without stopping? lawl, ive ran 10 miles. if i jogged im guessing i could go 12.

havent been consistantly working out for 3 yrs. i just know my body's limits and how to keep going when im tired. learned it from yrs of distance running on the track & crosscountry teams during high school.

Don't jog, but i can run 100m in 12.53 seconds, and 800m in 2:23 . i also won my school cross country =) wooooot
