So there's this girl who I really like. I've known her and her family for a good 7-9ish years now, We've known each other since we were both like 7. She's been taking various dance classes since she was young. For Ballet to hip hop and everything in between.

Now, my church has a dance team. It's mainly Ballet/davidic dancing. My mother and the girl who I like's mother are the leaders of this dance team. I used too be apart of this dance team for a while when I was younger *the girl is still in this dance team*. I'm not really crazy fond of this type of dancing because, well. I find it incredible girly/gay. But I was thinking that perhaps I should re-join in order too win some brownie points/spend more time with her. And no, we're not an "item".

tl;dr: A girl I like is in this ballet dance team. I don't really like doing ballet but am thinking of joining too win some brownie points from her.

Don't go with the pathetic "I've got tooooo do this and I've got tooooo do that to spend time with her and this one sided romance will blossom into something I can write home about... toooo" No, dancing with her will not make her suddenly more attracted to you, spending time with her will make her think your a good friend, dancing will make her think your gay and she'll try to set you up with guys. Ask her the **** out, my one and only advice for every teen who's attracted to anyone. There's never a right time if she's gonna says no, anytime's a right time if she's gonna say yes so the only problem with time is if someone else becomes a man and asks her out first.

Also, please don't bullshit me with 'I don't want toooo ruin my friendship" either, if she says no it'll be awkward for a week, she'll talk about it for maybe a week and a half, then it'll be like it never happened, never brought up in conversations again till she gets pissed. I've been rejected enough to know this happens like this everytime with someone you know.*

With our church we both go too. We don't just ask someone out on a casual date. Whenever you do ask a girl out you'd better be pretty dang serious about marrying this girl. You've gotta talk to her father and blablabla.

in couples or something? if so, go for it.

I got a friend ( girl) we are in same class for 11 years. I never realy felt anything more then friedship to her, but this summer i started to feel that i like her and much. Well what i did? I told her about my feelings, she told me that she likes me... as a friend. Yeah it was hard for both us for like 5 days, but now we r still friends and very good ones, eventhough i like her even more now. I still have hope life goes on.
