but When i lived in arkansas the ppl beside me had a baby that was 7 years old and couldn't walk. i was like uh no its like 4 months old, and they hated me for calling her 4 months old when she was 7 years old lol.

She does get older, and she does age, she just didn't develop. Any hope that she could fix aging is just wishful thinking, her developmental switch simply didn't go off.
