ps: If you dont realize, i oppose the kind of brutality like in texas but a controlled and good planned event brings students/pupils and teachers closer, also students get some rly nice souvenirs from that year etc.
Violence is like our second nature even if we deny it. You can oppose outbursts and other occurances trough carefull testing and observing those for you are responsible.
Also i quitted teaching(the job) coz its importance was underestimated. Teachers are in my sight as important as surgeons/medics. You are reponsible for other ppl's lives... tough not directly but that is a freakin' big responsibility. Teachers should be educated the same way as doctors(healthcare) -> highly educated staff+the authority to do what must be done for the pupils etc. Alas in my country ANYONE can be a teacher. There is no psychological test, no supervision(not effective), nothing. This job is underestimated, underpaid, they handle teachers like sh.it, etc.
Those ppl end up as teachers who are either fanatics or nothing other succeeded in their life.
