A teenage girl in Clearfield County is arrested for child pornography.
A 15-year-old girl from Clearfield County is facing several charges including Possession of Child Pornography, Distributing Child Pornography, and Creating Child Pornography.
Police say the girl took naked pictures of herself and sent them to a 27-year-old man through the popular website “MySpace,” last June.
The Clearfield County District Attorney, Bill Shaw Jr., says even when a teenager takes naked pictures of themselves, it's still considered child pornography and could be a felony.

Stupid idiots.
reminds of me of America's funniest home videos, the old version shows babies and their privates. but with the new one, they blurred the privates out. i guess people are getting perverted
Isn't the whole point of child porn laws and stuff to protect children lol, yea it's stupid if some girl wants to send pics to someone, she should get in trouble but not charged with a felony >.>. That charge should be for the dude receiving em.

But then again you can't choose what someone sends you.

then I would send child porn to everyone I don't like
I didn't mean simply getting them, I just meant on the receiving end(the one who's wanting it), I doubt shes just sending random porn of herself to some guy.
lol.. I remember reading something like this, a slutty girl sent nood pics of herself to some of her friends through her cellphone and they all ended up getting charged. (I think she was around 15)

you can serious fcked someone like that, send them kiddie porn, alert the police
wham, the person just got possession of child porn up their arse
The whole thing is just plain stupid and ridiculous but it's only one of many. There are other cases in this country that presents the same type idiocy whether it be the constant subliminal babbling on tv about this country being a "Christian nation" or the misguided and irrational "moral values" people use as a basis for cases such as this.
If you think about it, it's exactly what she deserves. There was another case like this where a girl mislead 2 guys saying she was 19 and she was only 13 and THEY got 5 years in Prison because she told police the next day. 2 Separate occasions and the girl hasn't got in any trouble at all herself.
My point is, 15 years old and sending to a 27 Year old is .....!
Well, she is an idiot for sending them and that needs to get punished. But the other guy definitely needs some jail time. Like 10+ years jail time, while she gets fined.
