i got this problem on my other xp comp, whenever there is a scrollbar present, it will be scrolled nonstop. Down, down, down, [all the way to the bottom], then up, up, up [all the way to the top], then back down again. It also does sideways as well.
loaded comp on minimum settings, still happens.
Scanned with avg, a-squared and spybot, nothing came up. any thoughts?
