Won't be much better than on board graphics if you even have any. Post PC specs and if they're any good (p4 3 ghz ++ w/ win xp) you might as well save up a little bit more money and buy something worthwhile as you'll just be wasting money with that.

Check whether or not your mobo has a pci-e x16 slot first. Most CHEAP computers don't. You might be stuck with AGP or even PCI cards.
