Mozila Firefox problem?

Hey... I've got a problem, whenever I start mozila firefox, I can click on everything, everything seems fine.
After I go on some webpage, (like SRF), I cannot click on anything.
After I go with my mouse pointer on GD (example), it wont underline it, and no matter how much I click it wont open it, I guess mozila doesnt recongnize my mouse pointer at all.
I need to press ctrl + alt + delete to open task manager (or any other window), then I can click once on something in my Mozila Firefox (one link, everything is normal how its supposed to be) and it lags again; and I need to repeat.
Meanwhile, I can press start button, rotate camera on SRO, press right click on dekstop, anything, only mozila is bugging me.
I've tried it with IE, everything works normal and fine, but I simply cannot use IE.

Any ideas whats going on and how could I repair that? Virus maybe?
I tried reinstaling Mozila / restarting PC / DC-ing myself from net, but not helping.

plug in mouse in a different usb port ? get new batteries for it if it uses batteries. Reinstall mouse drivers

It's your motherboard and power supply.

You realize that mouse is ONLY bugging me on mozila firefox?
Nowhere else...

Thank you Nixie, but I found out what my problem was.
In the morning my mouse felt on ground, and I have a bit problems with middle mouse button, so he is prolly the one causing problems ... I fixed it ... kinda.
