No. You need more RAM in order to increase gaming speed. Harddrive has nothing to do with speed. It is only for space.

It will help loading speeds. Not necessarily performance. It will help performance that is based on the PageFile thats located on the hard drive.

As long as the RPM in your new hard drive is faster than your older one, you'll be fine.

There's a reason why the hard drive is known as the best performance increase per $ in any computer.

well is there something wrong with it or you just wanting to return it?
If it's only been 30 days since you bought it you can RMA(return or exchange it) it with newegg.

Same answer as will buying a new harddisk make your p3nis bigger?

Confucious teaches us:

If man got small p3nis, buy p3nis pump

If you want to make your computer faster, buy RAM upgrade...
SRO is no longer as fun as it used to be...

Everyone's wrong. You need a better mouse for uber graphics. I reccomend the Razer Deathadder.

Im all seriousness, the bigger your speakers are the faster and better your computer will be. If you have a shitty computer but you have some big motherfuckers for speakers then you would be able to play shit like Crysis on max while your computer temp. is like under 20 degrees.

Most HDD's now are 7200RPM and the 10000RPM ones are like 300$ for 300gb..which is really not worth it.

Main thing to increase pc speed is ram which you have 4gb of (though it could be slow ram or terrible timings).
