You would be better off using your birth certificate papers, it's not like you did Humanity any favors by clawing yourself out of your mother's womb in the first place.

For at home there is always toilet paper.

In Public I do not use those toilets, I always save it for home.

chances of it happening for me is like 1 in 10000 but if i ever had a luckless day as that i would
in public: kind of "walk" to the next stall and check for rolls.. if that fails call a friend
at home: call for siblings/parent

Interesting, I had once this situation.
I just pull up my jeans (Not the underwear, try not pull up the underwear)
and walked slowly to other toilet cabin, and problem resolved

Here in Philippines he dont really use toilet paper for every trip to the tiolet... but it sometimes depends upon how you were raised, either trained with or w/o toilet paper.

but when i'm on public places, I'll find a X-large empty plastic Drink (idk. whats the name, usually found on fast food places.), goes to fill it with water. inter toilet. Deposit. use my left hand for dirty work while poring water in my right. flushes toilet. wash hand thoroughly(like about 3 times). Forget everything inside the toilet. and continue eating.
