Who would/will you vote for in the 2008 Election?

My views on this election have greatly changed.

I've been following McCain for many years and I loved everything about his campaign. As time went on his views slowly changed to the views of the republican party. I don't think that's what America needs right now. Having Sarah Palin on the ticket was interesting at first, but it soon lost its novelty and her place is not something that is justified. A Bible nutcase with the personality of a cereal box mascot is not something that is worth a vote.

On the other hand, Obama doesn't seem to know what needs to be done, and rather just knows what needs to be said for people to vote for him. Add that his ideas also don't seem feasible. To quote Jim Flaherty "We are not going to engineer a surplus simply for the sake of being able to say that we have a surplus", and I feel that is what Obama is doing.

With that said, I am now indifferent. I would love to see McCain turn around and be like he used to be, only acting like he is now to appease his party and voters. But, that's not worth a vote.

Either way it doesn't really matter, I voted for Harper at the begining of October.
