Your worst nightmare?

My worst nightmare in real life, when I'm awake is... well... when you have to give blood for analyses. I hate it, I really hate it. >_<

Not really a nightmare but...

Sometimes i K.O ( sleep ) at around 4-5 pm and wake up 1-2 hours later thinking my alarm clock failling me and I think im late for school. I come out of my room in a rush only to find out its only 6-7pm :[

My worst nightmares would have to be the ones where you fall off from a really high cliff, or from something high, and right before you smack into the ground, you wake up. I haven't remembered any of my dreams by the time I've woken up in many years.

I cant exactly describe it as it was so strange.
This nightmare has happened about 3-4 times in my lifetime.
Possibly more.

Considering I cant describe it in sentences I'll try to break it down.
The last time it happened was about 2-4 years ago, So I will try to recall as best as I can.

. Its a nightmare.
. Consists Of a Black World.
. There are abstract shapes floating around, The most horrifying ones were Big round spheres.
. These spheres travel on a system of strings. (from what I recall)

Now I remember the world (above) Mostly But the whole idea of the dream I cant really recall, What I do recall is that I sure has hell wanted these spheres to stay away from me.
There was also music. Quite a taunting scare beat.
There is a song by the doors that reminds me off it, Whenever I hear it It scares me, its so strange.
Well yeah. I know when you read this your going to think wtf? how the hell is that scare?
The answer? I have no idea... It was just so horrifying.
hehe<__< Now im uneasy about going to sleep=..= and its 2:am... yay, night.

is I'm in this like storage place
and I keep walking around screaming to find someone
I just run around and around
looking for someone
then bam i turn back and everything turns black and I'm awake.

I had a nightmare when i was 7 years old. I was taking a shit in the toilet, and i fell inside of it. I was crying while the shower curtains were falling on me. Worst dream ever.

I got half-raped by a unknown person, half raped as in I woke up when the person was touching me after getting slowly in my bed. I can't remember the face of the person, so I don't know the gender of the person either. It felt really awkward, I wasn't able to move or anything, although I wouldn't mind getting raped by a woman. ;d

About the Sleep Paralysis.
Another brick shitting experience I had.
I was probably about 7-9 years old.
I was running a fever of about 103-104 And I slept in my moms bed that night.
I had a restless sleep and when i woke up it was morning, the sun was just rising and I was laying in bed.
At that time nothing was clear too me considering I was trying to make out the strange figures in the corners of the walls that looked like dead bodies. At that time i couldn't move and was horrified, i could barely utter a word. The only thing I could do is try to make out what the hell the shapes were. It lasted for about 10 minutes. The clinging bodies just hung there, sometimes moving around.

Like what Grimm said, my worst nightmares and dreams come from when I'm really sick with a high fever.

I get delusional or just have scary dreams.

Example from years ago:

I was running a high fever and at that time I shared a room with my little sister. We had bunk beds but I had a loft bed. My mom must have heard me thrashing in my sleep or something because she came in to get me down from the loft so I wouldn't fall or jump off or something. So when she had partially woken me up I looked down at her holding her hand out and telling me to come down.

Now to get down I had to go down to the top bunk and as soon as I looked down at it, it turned into this giant machine with huge gears that would have ground me up had I jumped down and I just huddled up into the fetal position and shook my head.

O_O Bad times.

Falling from heights, though I'm not scared of heights
Being locked in a confined area
Choking and suffering a slow and painful death
Fear of open waters. i.e the middle of the Pacific ocean, with possibility of shark coming from under you and eating you, though once again, I have no fear of sharks.

It's getting harder for me to recall my dreams as I grow older, but I had some pretty screwed up dreams when I was very little. In one of them I was sliding down a water slide followed by rabid seals which had bitten my legs off, only to find a giant Venus flytrap at the bottom. I always woke up from that dream with my legs asleep, and I was always afraid that the seals were right there hiding beneath my covers.

... i had a conversation about this topic (sleep paralysis) with my mother. She told me, i had an other nightmare as a little child.
In the dark i saw 2 green glowing eyes in the darkness what surrounded me and they grew bigger and bigger and suddenly SHOOP DA WOOP i got eaten by something.
She told me also she kept a nightwatch to guard me when i was a baby coz as she fell asleep she saw in the dark grey figures(persons probably) who were standing over my bed and discussing something.
