well if that is the case dont be a jerk about it, tell her that things arent working out between you 2( before you even begin ) and you need to talk; give her a couple of reason why being respectful and it should all end nicely

If there was any problems between you, give her a second chance and if she is regretful of it, forgive her. Don't be rash to do something you might regret later.
However if you think she's not the one for you, talk to her earnestly, let her know how you feel, but also put her feelings into consideration. Think about what you are going to say beforehand, after you finished talking let her talk.
If it turns out bad and she walks out on you on something out of original plan, send her a text/email and say sorry for hurting or something along the lines of so.

If you don't think that, then your not ready for a real relationship, so then..

In that case, do it face to face. In person.
