Laptop For silkroad!! Please Help!!!

Hello,

I want to get a laptop for silkroad purposes only.. I need something in the 500 to 600 doller range.. Anyone have any ideas? and also would a Nvidia Go 6100 onboard run silkroad good? Im just wondering because i saw a gateway laptop at the pawn shop the other day for 300$ and it said it was a amd turion with 2 gigs of ram 120 gig hard drive and it had vista with the Nivdia go 6100 graphics? would that work? anyone out there have a nvidia go 6100 onboard graphics card on a laptop and run silkroad good? if it is junk then i wont get it, i do need good recommendions on people out ther that use a laptop and run silkroad just fine.. please help!

silkroad isnt a high proformance game, my laptop is over 2 years old and runs is perfectly with a 128mb gfx card no big name card either

if you want a laptop to play games set your bench mark a lil higher

Sro is a ram game, so get like 3 gig ram if you run vista :>

My comps gotta be hittin the 5 year mark soon.
it was a family computer so its still half stuffed with junk like Sims 2

runs SRO fine.

Since when SRO is a ram game, O_o ..
it doesnt require much not with XP nor with vista , its just a basic recommendation that if you go with vista u should get 3gb or 4 instead of 2,
anyways go6100 is a very weak video card, am not sure how would it perform in game like silkroad, even its 6 series its very weak edition
