It's not dangerous, the only people who would have to fear for there lives are the ones standing next to it when it gets turned out. Micro sized black holes that won't even last long enough for us to even know it's there.
If it has enough energy to create tiny black holes, it quite possibly could be something that helps push us into the future, whole new level of particle physics too as no one really knows what to expect, if it goes wrong it dont matter as well we will all be farked if the worse case senario happens
hell could even be an alternate power source if it can create energy we can use, i cnt wait for it to be used and find out all sorts

there a billion of unexplained things in the universe, billions of things we dont know of, who is to say it will create a black hole, who is to say it will be deadly, im sure theres more chance of it just giving us a new perspective
but its september 10th and even then its not going to be at full swing
The thing about the whole "black hole" shit is people going crazy when they don't even have an inkling about the physics of the situation.
Black holes give off radiation called "Hawking Radiation." Radiation is a form of energy. Einstein's famous equation E=mc^2 gives a conversion of matter to and from energy. From this, we can assume that the black hole is losing mass as it gives off this radiation. This means it's getting smaller and smaller! Now, an interesting feature of black holes is, the smaller they are, the faster they give off this radiation, which means, the smaller they are, the quicker they shrink. When it gives off the last of it's energy it disappears. The black holes created by the LHC are small ones and while they will be there, they will disappear almost immediately as they give off their radiation and shrink to death.
Knowledge is a peculiar thing: a little bit can be more dangerous than none.
