Ass Pimple / Atomic Zit

I have some like pimple on my ass or something and i looked at it and it looks like its gonna pop any second; so i pinch it as hard as i can and the shit doesnt pop......

now whenever im sitting, i have to constantly move or lean on one side because it Farking hurts like a bitch if i sit on it

Any tips on how to get rid of this shit?

Actually the pimple has been gone for quite a while for those who didnt know. My latest dilemma was a fucking huge ass zit sitting right at the bottom of my lip. It started out as a tiny blackhead so I popped it because I enjoy watching the tiny worm shaped shit come out. That was like 2 years ago. Then it grew into some white bump. I thought it was the same blackhead so I pinched the shit out of it, but nothing came out. I kept trying to pinch it out from period to period but still, nothing came out. Until recently, it started peeling just a tiny bit; so I got curious and thought "THIS MUST BE IT, I CAN GET RID OF IT!" so I peeled it completely. It suddenly became exposed and it stung a bit when I poked at it. This morning when I was going to school, I looked in the mirror and I saw this giant white bump with just a micro of a zit head sticking out. It didn't look like a zit so I went to school with it on my face.

Later on in the day, it gradually got worse and worse. When I came home, I made it my mission to pop the son of a bitch. I had to pinch and pinch until tears started comming out of my eyes. Eventually when I thought it was over; there was still a tiny zit head sticking out. So I raged and pinched it like a mofo until a huge worm like shape came out. That wasnt the end of it either; so I pinched more and more until a second micro hole popped open. Then I thought "This bitch is comming out now"; so I gave it one last hard and long pinch and the shit exploded like dynamite to my mirror. Immediately puss started comming out of the zit wound so I put a dab of tissue over it. Then I took a Q-Tip and swiped the damaged goods off my mirror and admired the size of it for a good minute and wondered if I should take a pic of it and post it, but I threw it out and continued playing Street Fighter IV.

Its probably an ingrown hair which feels and hurts kinda like a pimple but it wont pop, i had one on my leg. All you have to do is pull the hair out if thats the problem.
