Hello there SRF-members , last evening during soccer-practise i got my ankle-muscle perished (is that correct spelling?).And it's hurting like hell ,it's a wonder i can be on the pc.
So i need some tips to reduce the pain , my dad says to keep my foot in cold water and walk around more then usual

.But that doesnt seem to work well.
Anyone got some helpfull tips?
