And to make things even worse I found out that even if they did make it on the plane they probably wouldn't make it to New York because on that day the weather was so bad that LaGaurdia Airport closed down and they would have been redirected to Boston. So it was bad either way. So I was in since like Wensday and when I found out I just checked out the Hotel and stayed at a friends house in Queens. But I was so disappointed!model UN

I've been working with this group at a school near where I live. Really nice bright group of middle schoolers. The group was model UN, and I had such high hopes in them. Anyway we where representing United Arab Emirates and we where going to New York so they could compete,they where supposed to go on Friday but come Friday, it turned out all 4 of them were sick , what a terrible coincidence it was.
