Laptop issues

OK so My gay a$$ laptop's screen isn't working. I can tell when it turns on cause it brightens up a little bit, but not enough to even find the mouse pointer or read words, but I can kinda see seomthing. Does anyone here know how to fix it other than returnig it on the warranty cause I have a lot of documents and stuff that I can't replace that easy.

My laptop does that occasionally. When i shut it and open it again sometimes the screen doesn't show but i can still hear noises so i know it's on. But i either just turned it off or shut it and opened it again. Have you just tried re-starting or shuting and opening a few times? It's silly and simple but it might help..
Laptops are so useless. I just don't think they're built to handle anything like SRO. More just to take on a trip and to save word documents on haha. I played SRO on mine for a year and now it's just dead..

You either need to replace the LCD in the laptop, or the inverter board, that connects the screen and the mainboard together.
