Yay for noobie questions?

Hey peeps, im just making a video of PSOBB, just for a bit of a memory for myself since a month from now its gone permanantly, but i cant figure out how to make titles/add text, my windows movie maker looks like this, without the "tasks" part

Add it to storyboard and then make the text.. you do it when clicking the right mouse button on the storyboard i think

Nah, i've tried but there is no option to even in the story board.
