The colors are off... the red pen line and the c4d don't go well with the bg.

Why do I have to ask for more replies always? I mean 34 views and 1 reply.. And this is the only gfx place I visit, or whatever, so I would really be glad to get some CnC. Thank you.

The color combo used for that...ew. Sorry if that offends you but all those colors together with the BG are just horrid in my eyes. I personally like the style with the C4D around the arm and the pen tooling (Not sure if thats what it is).

The c4d looks alright, and the negative(?) bg looks a tad bit off, might wanna cut out the guy leave the stock alone, smudge him a bit and ad soem effects, and the ropey things looks weird. Might wanna just leave them on the left or right arm.

Silhouette sigs are pretty difficult imo. Creating depth while dealing with a flat render is pretty dam hard to do. The best ones I've seen have generally been vector sigs...If you want to try to make one, go find a tut and practice practice practice.

Seems like you used pretty strong coloured gradient and then left them on normal 100% opacity. In my books that's a big no no, only person I knew who could pull that style off was Azzu but he's in a class all on his own. I wouldn't recommend it for you.

To lengthen what you just said, you need to change the "Blend Mode", best choices are Multiply or Screen and Overlay, depending on what you wanna do with it. ANd lower opacity, best to add multiple gradient maps.

0.o

1. a two-dimensional representation of the outline of an object, as a cutout or configurational drawing, uniformly filled in with black, esp. a black-paper, miniature cutout of the outlines of a famous person's face.
2. the outline or general shape of something: the slim silhouette of a skyscraper.
3. a dark image outlined against a lighter background.

Since you can't see any detail on the guy, yea pretty much is sry.
