Almost certain the first is Magisuns. The chaotic-ness and border are a bit of a dead giveaway to his style of making sigs.

Wasn't much to guess. Magisuns tag was obvious even if he did post a tutorial on another forum it doesn't answer why the border was done following Azzu tutorial. Unless of course he was willing to admit a rip.

Once you figured that out it was clear the second sig was verfo due to the process of elimination. Plus it kinda gave it away since he posted the thread. Would have been a better idea to get someone else to make the thread for him.

Anyway both tags are of equal skill level for me and since there is no third option. Didn't vote for either. Good luck to both of you.
