Alright guys, so i must say, tuturials are for the win.
Even tho i failed epicly yesterday, today, without following anything i decided to see what i could do with the new stuff i learnt.
I've had this render

in my mind for a while now, so i decided to go ahead and make a sig based on it, and this is the outcome


I like it a lot, it seems like he's gonna take his sword out, i know it isn't awsomeeeeeee!!!11 but it isn't shitty either, i like it.

I feel like i'm getting better at PS now, let's see if i can make 1-2 more sigs before i leave (i'll leave Saturday and i'll come back next week's Sunday)
I'd like your comments on this one, like, i know i could make this one better (give it depth, really the only thing that i feel its missing) but still, i feel like it's done.

render in sig= wtf?

If I'm not following a tutorial it takes 5 or 6 attempts to make a sig I'm fully satisfied with. One step forward, 7 back. =_=


It looks kind of blurred. The text is to small and badly positioned. It got a lot darker in the process of signature ~> Render. There isn't depth and it isn't very appealing to the eye. Usually when I see your signatures I scroll up a few more times just to stare some more. It looks like you were trying to create movement but it didn't come out right. Like you want him to move forward while taking his sword off his back to attack. Very dull sig.

reduce the blurring.
add depth. Try using 3d renders to remove the need to add depth to your sig.
Make the sig "pop."

thanks for the comment, lol this sig was like, the most complex one i've done so far, also the one i spent the most time in O.o
lol, for me, the render was resized and blended in with the bg, i love the bg, then i added a shitty effect render, transformed it a little bit, and made that thing behind the sword

its a good sig imo but the transformation makes it look REALLY BAD

i like the transformation :/ but still
me's had an idea to work with this bg (cause it really was hard to get it to be like that)
Colours+render will change, flow will remain the same, KEEP TUNED

because like, from the technical point of view, i feel justice isnt beeing done towards me!!! *sad puppy's eyes*

Just keep following tutorials, and you will keep getting better and better. If tutorials aren't enough for you, you can try looking at PSD's at planetrenders.net or you can check some of mine at the tutorials sticky. I also encourage looking at other styles besides a mainly smudged tag.

But yeah, this is good progress. Keep it up

Anyways, yeah, i just noticed (now) that tuturials are great!

I'm doing a sig atm that i seriously think you all will like, i think it's goin really good O.o, let's see.
