That thing is awesome! I always wanted to do something in photoshop with the japanese naval flag as I always think it looks cool. GJ and why don't you like it?

I think it looks really good How did you do the black things? (The "paint stains" and alike) is it only different types of brushes?
then browse Resources -> Application resources -> Photoshop brushes.
in there search splatter brushes. you should find the ones used in that piece :]

Aaaw but i can't use them I'm running Ubuntu Linux so i don't have photoshop and i doubt they will work with gimp (That's the reason i'm having a hard time learning, i can't follow most guides → They are always for photoshop users only) I'm going to check them out, but as i said, i doubt they'll work Thx anyway
