Iv tried to do this myself but i phail big time, could anyone cut out the girl in the pink dress its my cousin at prom n her mom wants pik of her alone but they aint got one

I've seen a tutorial for the Pen Tool for this exact situation. Pretty hard for me, I'm a noob ,though.

I always did it by,
Filter > Extract.
I CBA to do it right now. Maybe someone else could take a crack at it?
