and make it fit as a avatar and keep its quality?
i know i have it as my avy now but its quality is shitty...

Yeah.
File> Import>Video frames to layers> Resize using ratio aspect> Windows> Animate> Save for web devices.

um when i try import it only allows mov avi mpg, mpeg, format wont let me import gifs
it wont let me import all the files how do i do it?
oh wait i figured it out
