When i try to add my my text to the Picture with the Text Tool then PS makes automatically a new layer named with my text but doesn't appear on my Picture.Any suggestions?

The text might be the same colour as the background, the text layer might be under the background, the text might be too small to see, the layer might be hidden. Might be one of these.

Doesn't look for me as it's under the background or hiden, idk..

EDIT: I idiot forgot to select the right size...-.-
