need help with imageready!!!

iam trying to animate, so i made 3 different sigs and i want them to animate meaning i want the 1st one then the 2nd then the 3rd. i have imageready 7.0, thx in advance
Open the animate window.
Open all three sigs.
Drag them into a clean canvas the same size as your sigs.
Hide the first two sigs.
Press the new frame button in the animate window.
Unhide the next one and repeat.
You can change the transition times if u click the little numbers under the frame in the animation window. Save as .gif. I think you'd have to switch over to photoshop to save.
This should work, if it doesnt just look up some tuts.
