i like it.
Seems like something is missing, though i can't really put my finger on it. Could be that some of her.. shirt?, dress? well wtv it is, is a little over blurred. The background is a tad flat, at least nearer to the extremities.
I really like the color choice, and the text is quite good.

that must be it.
the render has the light coming from the top mid-right, whereas the only hint of a light source on it is the top left corner. Maybe make a bright bit where the lighting should be? I dunno, I'm terribad at lighting.

Mmm, a bit better, but the lighting is still off. I mean no shadows or shades? Try erasing bad parts and work with opacity.
Personally, I think you should try to stay away from the render filters. Lens flare and such cause those are cheesy effects. IMO. The colors are pleasing though.
