It's actually pretty good except for the bottom right and text.
Also, I would have done a more slim size as at the moment it look a little bulky, but meh, can't really change that...

alright,
its a great sig, just the text is bad
get rid of that text, use the arial font, type your name, and use a small font size, put the font directly to the right of kakashi's ear. Use that kinda yellowish color to the bottom, middle/left of the sig
other than that its a great sig, that bit to the left of kakashi is insanely good. I just wish the right side matched the left a little bit

looks good without text IMO. One thing you might wanna work on is coloring seeing as the sig is a bit too monotone. Nice one though
