In my opinion, rewrite the background to something good then fix Gotrunks so he doesn't look like you used the lasso tool (or whatever the hell it's called) to cut the him out...

If it's your first then at least you have a good start. Some things you could work first is coloring and lighting. Some good ways to improve coloring is learning the color wheel. Gives you a good look on what colors go well with each other. As for the lighting, trunks is too bright and we don't know where the light is coming from.

Good try though. You should also look at some tutorials on basics, especially Rizla's tut: viewtopic.php?t=45409
