Alright I'm wondering how you take something specific out of a picture.
For example my sro character out of the background.
The wand doesn't seem to do the trick when using pictures with backgrounds. It seems to grab the background as well.
Any tips on how to pull out just the character from the background?

The lasso tools..

USE the PEN TOOL always lol it takes a while but you can get going pretty fast if you know how

i ALWAYS use the lasso tools to cut somethin' out

Real easy, if you use the lasso toola nd you make a mistake you hafto start again.

Cut it out.

I start by using Pen tool, going over it roughly, then use the Polygonal Lasso tool to get into them awkward places.

e.g.



something I cut out before, used the lasso tool for the wings and pen tool for the rest
