photoshop help pls

i really need a good photo shop program, i want to start making my own sigs, but i dont have a photo shop, all the sigs ive made ar really amature. please does anyone have a good photoshop program?

I use cs3. Used to use cs1. Dont have a link tho,ummmm ask cin or broken i think.

There is a free program that can be used to make sigs that i know a few people have used

well...companies do buy it
and adobe can make their living with that i believe
