An avatar I want decreased in memory

It is currently 16kb and if anyone can put it down to 11kb it would be greatly apreciated.

I dont think you can without lowering quality... maybe lose a frame?

Sure, losing the frame or slightly decreasing the quality till the file turns to 11kb is great.
If anyone can do this, I would love you till you die of extreme love making.
