Don't really know what to say yet, other then that it doesn't look good to me (she's missing her lower body )

ya i know ,i like the render ,but it had no lower body

i say as Hersey the smudging ruins a little..

And that 2 glow lines destroys the flow..

I'm by no means pro or anything, but try using a clipping mask/a scatter smudge, that might look better then a plain smudge

Yah... sorry... completely destroys it. Oh, and I think thats from Clannad, though I've never watched it, but the style looks similar.
