Flow is off. Work on depth. Blur/sharpen the bg to get your focal to stand out more then the bg. Scratch the border, move the text closer to his face. Not a bad piece, just needs work.

looks as if you have low opacity on your focal *_*
focal should pop out more, that would make it look much better

make the text a bit bigger and fox the blurry edges of the focal. Good job so far, just fix those details.
