need help

the cursor is stuck as the hand thingy and i can't use any brushes nor the bucket or anything help !!!!!!!

I'm guessing your where scrolling through your brushes and it froze on you?( not enough ram most likely). Either wait it out or just save what/if you can and restart Ps.

no its not that i restarted ps again and again and its still froze anyway i fixed it somehow but i don't know how xD
edit: now its not working again

Try restarting your computer rather then closing and opening PS.
