Sorry, thought I already commented. Anyways, I like the flow from the fingers, though thats about it. It needs more contrast and depth. I don't like the dual text effect. It makes multiple focals and it's never a good thing. The hand on the right was creative, but take out the text.

the girl/woman isnt very appealing to me, she looks old.
i also think you should get rid of the text on the right side

the text on both sides distract me. Try fixing that.

OMG is it a man or a woman! All I can say it's completely different from all the bright colors i know you for.

The thing that bothers me is the right arm, it looks like she has 2 right hands. Text could be removed on the right side to and the effects on her hand makes it look old.
