So its not the greatest i was using another form of it before, i decided what to do, i'm not sure to call this one finished but its my 1st one, and I think i'm happy with it for the most part.

edit maybe go back and try to clean up the edges on the donut

maybe a choc donut would match the colors better?

probally right i just used an old picture for a clan i used to be in i made, and croped the donut out.

of course this one was made to be semi cheap

the donut isnt blended to the bg.

Hi foudre ^^ first of all, welcome to AC and congrats on your first sig. I can tell already that you have a great concept forming. The Superman sign on the donuts is a really good idea and with just a bit more practises I can see you making great sigs.

Lets see what you need to work on.

1. The Donuts - is very low quality =( There are TONS of stock pictures out there and never satisfy yourself for a low quality picture.

2. The background - is nicely brushed but did you really want gray? The best thing to do when you're brushing a background is to pick a color from your focus. In this case you can try to pick a color from the superman logo or the donuts and play around with the shades.

3. The overall color - You always need to look at the overall color of the sig. Right now the background is gray, donuts is kind of light brown (which doesn't make it look tasty at all ) and the logo is bright colors. You can always make sure of the gradient maps to make the colors match or read some awesome coloring tutorial in AC or other sites

well the bg i did for hurricane, i could easily redo the donut i just croped it onto this bg i made from an old picture, maybe a higher quality one, i wonder what kind of donut would look better? i could switch the gray storm to a more blue to make it fit the theme.
