the first one

well, there needs to be a focal point, you should make it darker where she isnt,

also, blending! you made a background and just stuck her on

my main problem, the background is one(1) color with just multiple shades! this my ultimate pet peeve, you need to add soem more colros in there

ok text is ok, and the sig itself is fine, but its just a bit empty imo
