Well sorry but there isnt much to say. I can hardly see anything of the backround and its way to big.
So only thing I could really comment on would be the text and you did pretty good with that.

it was meant to not see the back ground well, because of the steam that's in the air....

its a lil plain i think u should try new stuff like more working with stocks i think u can do it if rlly want too^^

Then that defeats the purpose of having a background. You want to create depth, and in your past few sigs you don't do that. Read up on some tutorials and follow them to get a better understanding.

You need to work with a render i think, then smudge the render or something.
