it good except for the text. Outer glow is very rarely good for text, i personally hate texts with it, that is what brings it down, sry, other than that its fine

Find a
truely icy font(Perhaps one with ice hanging down from it ;D), and perhaps a few more effects round the ball and it's f'kin ace. I love it
